The Pentair OMNIFilter TO8 Carbon Water Filter is a 10-inch heavy-duty whole-house granular carbon taste and odor replacement filter cartridge that measures 10 inches by 4.5 inches with a 25-micron rating. It is designed to provide effective reduction of chlorine taste and odor, sand, dirt, sediment, and rust particles, delivering great-tasting, clean water from every tap in your house.

This filter cartridge is compatible with the OMNIFilter BF7, BF9C, BF35, and BF36C filter housings, as well as the 10-inch heavy-duty housings of other major brands. It can replace any 10-inch by 4.5-inch heavy-duty carbon filter cartridge.

The granular activated carbon cartridge features a radial flow design, which allows for a high flow rate and low pressure drop. This design provides 50% more capacity and cartridge life than traditional heavy-duty whole-house filters.

With a 40,000-gallon capacity, this filter should be replaced every 3 months or when you notice a drop in water pressure or water quality.
