Pentair OMNIFilter RS12 Sediment Water Filter

The OMNIFilter RS12 cartridges are manufactured from a durable polypropylene string that is wound around a rigid polypropylene core. These premium string-wound cartridges are designed to reduce fine sediment, including sand, silt, rust, and scale particles, from the water. The RS12 cartridges are wound in a precise pattern around the core, providing a greater surface area. This results in a higher dirt loading capacity and greater efficiency compared to standard wound cartridges.

The RS12 series cartridges are capable of withstanding temperatures up to 165°F and can accommodate flow rates between 7 and 10 GPM with minimal pressure drop. These string-wound cartridges are suitable for a wide variety of sediment filtration applications, including municipal and well water, as well as many industrial fluids.

By removing fine sediment, including dirt, sand, silt, rust, and scale particles, the OMNIFilter RS12 cartridges help to keep your water clean and protect your appliances. These cartridges are designed to pair best with Pentair OMNIFilter U24, U25, U30, OB1, and WH5 10" Standard Filter Systems, and they can fit all 10" standard filter housings, replacing any 10" x 2.5" sediment filter cartridge.

With a capacity of 15,000 gallons, these cartridges should be replaced every 3 months or when you notice a drop in water pressure or water quality.
